Tiruman represents the lotus feet of Sriman Narayana and Sri Churnam symbolises his consort, Sri Lakshmi. The application of Tiruman-Sri Churnam on the forehead is a key part of Sri Vaishnava/Iyengar customs and is used on auspicious occasions and in Nithya Karma puja by devotees.

This is a Tengalai Tiruman Petti handmade using pure teakwood. It comes with a matte finish.
