Replacement Policy
Considering the nature of the products offered on Pujaroom.com, we do not accept returns once an order is confirmed and accepted via email sent to your registered email ID.
However, Pujaroom.com offers replacement of products purchased on the website, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Replacement Eligibility
- You may request a replacement within 15 days of delivery if a manufacturing defect is found in the product.
- The same product will be shipped as a replacement for the defective item.
- Replacement is applicable only for products sold directly by Pujaroom.com.
Products Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products showing physical damage to the product or its packaging.
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, or any other items provided at the time of delivery.
- Products without a valid, readable, and untampered serial number, including items with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
- Products from which the EAN (International Article Number) has been removed from the original packaging.
